Our Guesthouse is located in Tsintzina, a village in the heart of Mt. Parnon, in an altitude of 1100m. The surrounding forests are full of Pines and Fir trees and contain a lot of springs. 

At Pritanio you will find 11 rooms, 2 quad rooms, 2 triple rooms and 7 double rooms.

Our guesthouse is situated at “the balcony of the village”, overlooking it, which gives the rooms an exhilarating view. 10 out of the 11 rooms have a balcony awaiting for you to contemplate.

At the interior of the rooms the warmth of the place, the wooden floors, a cozy decoration and the fireplace will reward you. Six of the rooms have attic. The total capacity of the guest house is 38 guests.

It is 230km far from Athens, (about 2½ hrs driving), 42km from Mystras and 35km from Sparti, in a lush vegetation area of evergreen trees and black pine trees as well as several springs.

It’s composed of 3 stone-built buildings totally integrated in the environment and with the least possible impact to the nature.
