1.Do you believe we all need a ''better day'' in our daily life?
Well, I believe it is important to make the best out of our everyday living. There are so many tools available to us via experts and if only we use them, then we can create a better reality. And this way we can create Better Days!
2.What is the whole concept?
Better Life Day is the non-profit organization dedicated to spread solutions on challenges related to everyday life, shared by top experts globally, via educational events, online videos and eBooks. Better Life Day is an educational platform and a community of like minded high flyers who want to live their lives to their full potential. Our vision is to live in a world where lifelong learning in personal development is a common practice, is accessible to all and people achieve their goals reaching a collective better life.
A Greek initiative, with a global volunteering team, we started a year ago in Athens with a very successful event with 500 participants, 58 sponsors and hundreds of live streaming views.
Our second event was in Mexico with 4.000 participants and now on Saturday Mai 31st we will have 8 experts. 4 from Greece and 3 from USA, 1 from Canada. The experts via interactive workshops will give us solutions on everyday challenges we face in our health, our relationships, our environment, our career, our personal development. The team of 20 volunteers supporting the event (nobody gets paid in www.betterlifeday.com) is exceptional. All of them ready to support with the best possible way. I am so impressed and blessed to be working with these professionals. You may view the team here: http://www.betterlifeday.com/
3.I have to ask that. My friends ask me if Jill is always so fresh and positive. You were like this since your childhood?
Well, I am not always fresh and positive especially when I am in the process of launching anything new.One of my strengths is being able to focus on future goals. But this throws me out of the moment since I keep thinking about ways to create the future! The past years I am working very much on living the moment and being present, something that I did a lot when I was a child. It is magical how children live in the moment.
4.Do you think Greece will see the light in the end of the tunnel eventually?
The only way to see the light is to change and become the light. Nobody will do that for us. It is essential that we let behind all the bad habits we had, be consistent, support each other and work very hard.
5.Crisis. What were the effections in your life?
I was forced to create a global presence earlier than I had planned. In the beginning it took me out of my comfort zone but at the end it only turned out to be a blessing. For example, last summer I did a tour in USA speaking at groups of entrepreneurs in New York, Los Angeles and Silicon Valley. Not bad as a side effect of the crisis.
6.''Love'' is all we need. Do you believe such kind of quotes?
From love and fear derive all our feelings. Love is the basis for any kind of development.
