The main principal that drives Modesto is the exploration of individual regions and discovery of special flavours and the offer of those to the customer with the greatest of respect, in order to share a cultural and tasteful experience.
Greece is blessed by special geomorphic attributes that have shaped its people and habits, thus resulting in a vast variety of food products. Traditional Greek food products have a true faith and devotion to the ‘Mediterranean diet’, recognised as the most balanced dietary discipline. In alliance with that, we want our products to be described as a memorable and tasteful experience that respects nature in every stage of the process.
We choose products from different places of Greece that are distinct in flavour and narrate a story. In order to achieve that we co-operate with small producers or collectives that are devoted to what they do and use no additives or preservatives during the process. Ingenuity and tradition interpreted in a modern way through our approach to Greek products. Most of our products are organic and all of them without any chemical additives. The staples used in every product come from pure Greek soil and are of the highest quality possible. A combination of pure staples, traditional methods of production and people who love and respect what they do results in a series of products that are true to our philosophy and ethics. We introduce this series of pasta that are made of two types of extra fine flours, the Zeia flour and the Semolina flour.
