Molecular cuisine
If we want to give a definition of what is molecular kitchen, we would say that it is the understanding of the physicochemical methods that occur during cooking and the sequence of reactions made by different materials in a temperature-enhancing environment.
The idea
The idea was born when I watched a splash video demonstration by Chief Adria Ferran and it was done when we were in front of a technology that with the appropriate modifications enabled us to spheronize our olive oil.
