Travolta restaurant is more than an ordinary fish restaurant.
The excellent ingredients, the special technique and the imagination, create an original seafood menu that satisfies all tastes.
Travolta's dishes are based on the combination of gourmet cuisine with the familiar Aegean flavours. The owners, brothers Spyros and Vangelis Liakos (who also run the successful restaurants ''BaseGrill'', ''Cookoovaya'' and ''Hoocut''), collaborate with fishermen from Halkida and Kalymnos, among other places, and serve innovative food such as red mullet tartare, fava (yellow split pea dip) with smoked eel and bacon, and more.
