George Alexandrakis was born in Crete, Greece. He studied marketing & advertising, photography and then worked as a freelance photographer for theater and publications. His work has been published in various books in Greece and in USA.  He participated in many group exhibitions (Athens, Myconos, Crete, Syros etc) curated by irida kritikou, Kyriakos Petalidis and the 2 of 3 solo exhibitions (Athens-Myconos) prologized Mina Papatheodorou Valyraki. Participated in National Public Exhibition “Hearts in Athens”. Awarded in Brussels for 50th anniversary of Smurfs.  In 2008 created the gata designers Team with Amarildo Topalis (painter).
