Iris Georgiadou was born on 01 October 1989 in Chania, Crete. She lived there until the age of 14 until she moved to Thessaloniki with her family, where she still lives today. In 2007 she joined the Department of Informatics of TEI Sindos but two years later interrupted her studies to begin her studies in photography. She was a creative and artistic nature even when she was younger, but had never expressed an interest in a particular sector. Her love for photography started on randomly photographing a very good friend for fun.
In the summer of 2011 she completed her studies and then followed photography as her profession. Her works have been published in magazines, on the official website of Italian Vogue, and other various reports. In Italian Vogue she counts about 24 photos published, among which several have been included in the "best of" section of the photographic website of Vogue Italia.
Along with photography, she also likes makeup artistry, and loves shooting portraits where the makeup transforms herself.
She hopes to offer something new to her profession in the future and finds herself extremely young to be considered a photographer, but claims that she is still just trying to find her -photographic- identity...
